Bahan Banana Pancake (no mixer)

  1. Gunakan 1 butir of telur.
  2. Dibutuhkan 4 sdm of gula pasir (sesuai selera).
  3. Sediakan 6 sdm of tepung terigu.
  4. Diperlukan 2 sdm of susu kental manis (sesuai selera).
  5. Sediakan 1/2 sdm of soda kue.
  6. Dibutuhkan 1/2 gelas belimbing of Air putih.
  7. Diperlukan 1 buah of pisang.

Begin by combining the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl. They are our go-to pancake recipe. No reason to ever make regular pancakes in my opinion, especially since we always seem to have old. Light and fluffy Banana Pancakes that are simple and so full of flavor.

Langkah-langkah memasak Banana Pancake (no mixer)

  1. Haluskan/blender 1 buah pisang (kalau bisa sampai bener2 halus), sisihkan.
  2. Kocok 1 butir telur dan 4sdm gula pasir hingga berbusa.
  3. Masukkan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus diaduk, jika sudah tercampur masukkan susu kental manis.
  4. Masukkan ½ sdm soda kue dan aduk hingga merata.
  5. Masukkan pisang yang telah dihaluskan dan aduk hingga tercamput rata.
  6. Panaskan teflon dengan api kecil, masukkan adonan menggunakan irus (tidak perlu diratakan, akan rata dengan sendirinya).
  7. Tunggu sekitar 1 menit atau hingga adonan bersarang, balik sebentar, angkat. Lakukan hingga adonan habis.
  8. Susun pancake yang telah matang beri topping skm/madu/sirup sesuai selera.

Everyone loves these pancakes that are perfect topped with nutella, chocolate syrup or even buttermilk syrup.
